Since its conception in 1994, the Waste Management Institute at N.C. A&T has helped raise awareness about environmental issues and sustainability. This year, the WMI celebrates 25 years of work within the industry.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s National Institute of Food and Agriculture has awarded a $1.1 million grant to N.C. A&T to help improve the recruitment, retention and graduation of diverse students in the food, agriculture, natural resources and human (FANH) sciences and related science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) fields.

EAST GREENSBORO, N.C. – Two key leaders in North Carolina agriculture have been inducted into the Agriculture Hall of Fame at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University based on their outstanding contributions to agriculture and their significant ties to N.C. A&T.
